ABOUT LONG VALLEY CROSS COUNTRY

The Long Valley Cross Country team is a member of the Lakeland Junior Cross Country League, which is comprised of about 18 other teams from Morris County.  Meets are held on Sundays in September and October at Central Park of Morris County (formerly Greystone Park).

We practice on Wednesdays and Fridays at Palmer Park from 5:30 to about 6:45.  Practices start mid-August.

Eligible participants must be between the ages of 6 and 15.  Runners compete with others in the same age group.  An athlete's age group is determined by the age the athlete will be on December 31st of the current year.  Runners born in 2018 and before are eligible.
